E-Talent MUSIKADEMY was born in 2020. Founded in Wagga Wagga, Australia, MUSIKADEMY is the vision of Annabelle Regalado Borja—a celebrated producer, music educator, a singer-songwriter and stage actress, a leader in multicultural community engagements, and recognized honoree as Ambassador for Culture and Arts.

Annabelle’s journey is one of inspiration and resilience. Coming from a family of musicians and public servants in the Philippines, her passion for the arts, culture, and community service was ignited at an early age. Her distinguished career in the Philippines included roles as Vice President at ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation and Managing Director of Star Music and Star Songs Music Publishing in the Philippines, where she produced over 150 albums and managed the careers of renowned artists.

Choosing Wagga Wagga as her new home, Annabelle set out to build a vibrant community hub for music and the arts, drawing on her extensive industry experience and commitment to nurturing talent. As Founder and CEO of E-Talent Musikademy, she is dedicated to creating a space where Shiners—children, teens, adults, the young at heart and persons with disability—can discover not just their sound, but their confidence, identity, healing and worth.

MUSIKADEMY is more than a music school. It is a movement that celebrates diversity and empowers individuals through music. Annabelle’s leadership is characterized by her conviction that every person has unique gifts waiting to be discovered. Through personalized lessons, group sessions, and performance opportunities, MUSIKADEMY encourages students to shine in their way—whether in Wagga Wagga or online from anywhere in the world.

Recently, E-Talent Musikademy International was named one of the Top 4 Finalists for the Triple M People’s Choice Award at the 2025 Golden Crow Awards- a testament to local excellence,  keeping the arts alive by matching dedication to community service.

Music ministry is a big part of who we are. We use music to lift people, bring comfort, and help our community feel closer. You might see us playing at local churches, community events, or even just sharing a song to brighten someone’s day. We believe that music has the power to heal, inspire, and bring people together.
